Summary of this bill: To include all serious firearm offenses in the list of offenses eligible for transfer from the juvenile court to the adult court, require a motion to transfer a hearing on such motion for a case involving such offense to be within fifteen days of the child’s arraignment and require reporting on transfer motions.
