SAF has posted a X.com thread with highlights from their brief. Start with this opening x.com post:

SAF does touch on feature bans in their brief.

While the brief does mention magazine capacity and bans on those magazines several times. Specifically this is what SAF says about CT’s and IL’s magazine bans on page 32-33: “Connecticut and Cook County separately proscribe magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds of ammunition. See CONN. GEN. STAT. §§ 53-202w(a)(1), (b); C.C. Ord. §§ 54-211, Large-capacity magazine; 54-212(a). Those bans are not challenged and are not at issue in these cases.

Folks should remember that the SCOTUS will generally confine itself to the question presented. That question is: “Whether the Second and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee the right to possess AR-15 platform and similar semiautomatic rifles.
