Just purchased a CompMag and was looking to remove the fixed mag on my Standard AR (New Britain made!!!). I don’t want to cause any damage in case we can hope to have the fixed repealed. I’ve searched through YouTube but surprisingly have had little to no luck. Does anyone have a video they have used?
Making it easily revertible is the same as having a removable mag in the eyes of the law, If you’re hoping to revert it now because you think the law is going to change, I think its legally a bad move. Wait for law to be repealed, then think about un-fixing it, is my advice.
Don’t even bother till its repealed.
I want to make it clear that I am not looking to make it removable. I plan on putting in a fixed replacement. Just looking to remove it to change versions.
