I wanted to share something I helped beta test and give feedback on.
GhostVault 1.0 has officially been released. It’s a private, offline Windows inventory program for organizing important personal property records, including firearms, accessories, equipment, photos, receipts, documents, storage locations, values, reports, backups, and different item setups/loadouts.
The main thing I liked while testing it is that it’s built around local/offline use, encrypted storage, and user-controlled backups instead of uploading your inventory into a cloud account. For anyone who keeps a spreadsheet, binder, folder system, receipt photos, or notes on important property, this gives you a more organized way to keep everything together.
It’s not legal, insurance, tax, estate planning, or compliance advice — just a private ownership record keeping tool for keeping important items, documents, photos, values, and notes organized in one place.
