The HB7194 Self-Defense and Transfer of Large Capacity Magazines and Assault Weapons bill received a unanimous joint favorable substitute vote yesterday. The substitute bill has yet to be posted so check back to the subreddit, the substitute bill will be posted when made publicly available.

Commentary:
This one received a unanimous vote. Which could mean some horse trading when on behind the scenes. Will have to wait and see what the language of the substitute bill is and what was removed or added to get everyone including normally anti gun Democrats to vote Yea on it.
Edit to add: Proposed substitute language. It appears they stripped out the language relating to LCM’s and AWB’s. So its only apparently dealing with discharge of firearm in self defense.
